Welcome to Your Travels Home. By confirming a reservation with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: To secure your reservation, a 100% payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Direct Booking Benefit: Reservations made through  yourtravelshome.com  are exempt from third-party service fees.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in RON. Any bank conversion fees are the responsibility of the guest.
• Damage Deposit: We reserve the right to hold a security deposit. This is fully refundable within 7 days of departure, provided no damages or policy violations (e.g., smoking) occurred.

2. Guest Conduct & Responsibility

• Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in your booking confirmation. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the premises at any time.
• Historic Preservation: Our properties feature original architectural elements (such as our 90-year-old wooden floors). Guests are expected to treat the home with care. Rearranging furniture or removing decorative items is strictly prohibited.
• Noise & Nuisance: Guests must respect the building’s quiet hours (1 PM – 3 PM and 8 PM – 9 AM). Any police intervention or valid neighbor complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• Illegal Activity: Use of the property for any illegal purpose, including the use of prohibited substances or unauthorized commercial filming, will result in immediate termination of the stay.

3. Liability & Insurance

• Personal Property: Your Travels Home is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings left in the apartment or common areas of the building.
• Personal Injury: We maintain our properties to high safety standards; however, guests use the facilities at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or personal liability.

4. Right of Entry



We reserve the right to enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, for essential maintenance, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions. We will always attempt to notify you in advance.
